The last part is the one most companies miss. AI compounds, but only if someone owns it. When a new person joins, the knowledge base should update. When a process changes, the automation should adapt. When new tools hit the market, someone should be evaluating whether they matter for your business. That work doesn’t happen by accident, and it shouldn’t fall on the CEO.
