About Cylentra

You don't need a data team. You need someone who stays to run it.

Your company runs on key people, memory, and a dozen disconnected tools. We turn that into the engine your operation runs on: governed, measured, and answered for.

The reality

Your business already has an operating system. Most of it lives in people's heads.

Not software. The way your business actually runs: the people who know how things work, the spreadsheets they maintain, and a dozen tools that don't talk to each other. It holds together right up until the person holding it together takes a week off. More software never fixed that. It added more tools to manage.

So we built the missing part on ourselves first. Cylentra runs on its own engine every day, and now we build and run one for you: on your processes, in the tools your team already knows, in days. Then we stay, because a system nobody answers for is just more software.

What most companies have tried
Chatbot seats for the whole teamnobody's job to run themunused
A mandate from the topno plan, no ownerstalled
A pilot someone startedthen quietly droppedabandoned
What we do instead
One system, built on your operationsyours to use forever, run by usrunning
The difference

We are client zero of our own engine.

We don't sell AI, we run on it. Cylentra's proposals, reporting, research, and project management all run on a system built on our own processes, governed and measured the same way yours will be. Not an experiment, not on the side. It is how the company actually runs, and it is the same engine we put in front of you.

When we say the engine can take a piece of your operation off your plate, we are not predicting. We built it on ourselves first, found the defects ourselves, and fixed them once. Those fixes are already in what you get.

Who answers for it

Built by someone who runs it.

Cylentra is led by Phillip Yoast, CISSP. Over a decade running IT strategy, infrastructure, and security operations at the executive level, which means over a decade of being the person leadership called when the systems the business depended on had to keep running. Same job here, on one question: what does a real business need its operations to do without people holding them up? He leads the training sessions, sits in the roadmap session, and answers for the pilot.

So when you ask whether the engine can handle something specific in your business, the answer comes from the person who builds it and runs it, on the same system we put in front of you, not from a salesperson reading a deck. And because that person spent a career in security, it is built the way you build something that has to keep running: data governed, access controlled, an audit trail of what ran, and client data that never trains anything shared. Continuity is part of the build, not a clause at the end of a contract. Your data, your SOPs, your knowledge: yours, exportable any day. What we build, you use forever, even if we part ways. And your team keeps working in the tools they already know either way.

The platform

Advice ends when the meeting ends. We stay and run it.

The firms you are comparing us to assess, recommend, and leave. We build it. We run it. The results are on us, proven in your numbers. And what we build doesn't get stuck on one person's laptop. It runs on our platform: one governed layer under your whole team, every tool connecting through the same place, scaling as you grow. Your data, your SOPs, your knowledge: yours, exportable any day. The engine we build, you use forever — even if we part ways.

You won't need all of it on day one. You will the moment something works and you realize you can't email it to the other ten people who need it. Three things stay true from the first workflow to the hundredth: your people use it in the tools they already know, you own what's in it, and we build it, run it, and answer for it.
