Who we are

Cylentra ("Cylentra," "we," "us," or "our") is a US-based B2B AI platform and services company founded by Phillip Yoast. We build and run AI-driven systems and workflows for our clients. This policy explains what information we collect through cylentra.com and when you sign in to the Cylentra platform, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have about it. It applies to this website, the forms on it, and sign-in to the Cylentra platform; the business content inside systems we build and run for individual clients is governed by that client's own agreement with us.

Information we collect

  • Information you submit. When you use our contact or book-a-call form, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, company, and the content of your message.
  • Usage data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site. It automatically collects pages viewed, approximate location (derived from IP, typically city or region level), device and browser type, the site that referred you here, and interaction events such as clicks and scroll depth.
  • Sign-in information. When you sign in to the Cylentra platform with your Google account, Google shares with us only your name, email address, and profile picture, plus a unique account identifier (the OpenID Connect openid, email, and profile scopes). We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google data.
  • Cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and sessions. We do not use cookies for advertising.

How we use this information

We use the information above to respond to your inquiries, schedule calls, deliver the services you engage us for, authenticate you and keep your platform account secure, understand how people use this site so we can improve it, and keep the site secure. We do not sell personal data to anyone, we do not share it with data brokers, and we do not use it to run advertising or ad retargeting of any kind.

Google user data

We use the information we receive from Google sign-in only to authenticate you, create and maintain your platform account, and display your name and picture to you inside the platform. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. People at Cylentra do not read it except with your permission, for security purposes, or where the law requires it. Cylentra's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Third parties who process data on our behalf

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website usage analytics. Google's use of data from sites that use its services is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. See also Google's privacy policy and the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
  • Microsoft 365 — delivers and stores email generated by form submissions.
  • Cloudflare — content delivery network and security (DDoS and web application firewall protection) in front of the site.
  • Google (Google LLC) — identity provider when you choose to sign in with Google.
  • Microsoft Azure — hosts the site and the Cylentra platform, including platform account data.

These providers process data under their own privacy terms, and only to provide services to us.

Retention

We keep information submitted through our forms for as long as it's useful to the related business relationship — for example, while we're in a sales conversation or delivering a service — then delete or archive it. Platform account information from Google sign-in is kept while your account is active and deleted after the account is closed, except where we must keep it for legal, security, or audit reasons. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' default retention settings.

Your choices

You can control cookies through your browser's settings, and install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on linked above if you don't want your visits counted by GA4. You can revoke Cylentra's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page. To access, correct, or delete personal information you've submitted to us or your platform account, email [email protected] and we'll act on your request, subject to any information we're required to keep for legal or legitimate business reasons.

State privacy rights

Some US states, including California under the CCPA and CPRA, give residents rights over their personal information. Based on our size and revenue, we may not be subject to these laws, and we make no claim of compliance or certification under them. Either way, we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising — so we run no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism and do not act on Global Privacy Control browser signals, because there is nothing to opt out of. Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete what you've submitted using the address above, and we'll honor reasonable requests.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Governing law and where we operate

Cylentra operates in the United States, and information collected through this site is processed and stored in the United States. This site is intended for a US business audience and is not directed at individuals in the European Union or European Economic Area. This policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Cylentra is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
