What's included, and what you'll need.

What every engagement includes

  • A readiness check one to two weeks ahead: licenses in place, Cowork enabled, connectors authenticated and tested.
  • Two-hour blocks: concepts first, then hands-on with your own data.
  • Forge access for lesson materials and self-serve follow-up.
  • A fallback dataset, so the session works even if a connector fails on the day.
  • A three-question survey at the door.
  • We track who succeeded, not just who attended.
  • Recordings are yours to keep.

Requirements to book

  • Claude and Cowork licensed for every attendee.
  • At least two connectors ready to authenticate.
  • IT confirms Cowork is enabled.
  • The team's manager attends.

A second instructor joins, so the ratio holds at one instructor per five. That ratio is what lets us stand behind the outcome.

Bring your own problem. Same half-day format, no slides, your own priority problem worked live.

Virtual, one-on-one, sold in 10-hour blocks. Keep the momentum after the session, self-serve with a coach on call.

Larger teams and whole companies run one session per team, priced per session above. Travel billed at cost; home markets are Chicago and Austin, other cities scoped per engagement.
